Barclaycard, Debbenham and BP's new reward card. I'm trying to register online, like they encourage you to do by giving you 100 points when you do it. Unfortunately, it's not working. I'm amazed even the front page loads, but clicking any of the links barely even shows modem activity.

Sod it, I'm going to bed. Work tmrw.

Don't forget Sainsbury's. (Not amused, they change their f*cking cards every 2 years).

Also, not surpised online registration doesn't work. I have three bits of online reg to do (one for uni, one for the Students Union and one for network access in my room), and so far have not managed to complete any of them because the forms are crap. I mean, if you have about 30-40% foreign students and are asking them for their home address, but your form only accepts UK post codes, you're definetely doing something wrong, ne? ;-)

It's such a simple concept - internationalise _everything_ you do, because it's so much easier to do it now than to do it later.

I hope you gave them all sound beatings for their incompetence!
