I bought Hannibal on DVD. The extras alone are worth the exorbitant price I paid. The deleted scenes and alternative endings. Ridley Scott's commentary is fantastic when you can be bothered to listen to it - explains the thought process that went into the making and shooting very well.
I bought "In Violet Light" by The Tragically Hip, and having listened once, think it is entirely fantastically good. Also bought "Fly" - a flight Sim, for £2.99 :)
Talked to Caroline for a lovely talk, which I only ended because my battery was complaining bitterly about being empty, but when I checked it a minute ago, it claims 2 1/2 hours of talk time remaining - grr. Today I also cleaned my car (well, took it to the car wash) to try and remove the insects from the windscreen. I also bought an 8 way (+1 telephone line) surge protected extension lead to make up for the serious lack of extensions I have, and re organised my wiring yet again. Not managed to get the printer plugged in yet, however.
Might go to parents' tommorrow to pick up the remainder of my clothes and any extra stuff that I missed. Yup.
