So tired. *stretch* *yawn* I knew I would feel this crappy. 3 days of work in a row, i mean how can they make us do this? It's inhuman!

Crappy day too, I have "crabby customer" call routing turned on, I swear. I could really do with that stress relief now, Alexis! :-P
