You could try Pravda in English (http://english.pravda.ru) - I wouldn't say it was unbiased (the editors are really not keen on the US but seem to have absorbed the National Enquirer school of journalism well!) but it is hilarious at times. Also here is something I used to use when I had more time on my hands - this is CRAYON's (http://www.crayon.net/using/links.html) list of English language newspapers, which includes Arabic News and Chinese dailies, and so on.
