I'd love to take a book, I've STILL not the finished the Pratchett City Watch trilogy that I got from the library that is now about 2 weeks overdue (oops).

Not allowed anything on our desks apart from trade publications and work paper-stuff (forms forms everywhere - what happened to the paperless office!?)

Oh, and customers are more than idiots.
