I was pleaantly surprised on Saturday when Ronnie passed me an email saying that I had training for an hour on Sunday! Yay! An hour off the phones, thought I. Turns out that we're being given some of the systems that TDMS (Techie people) use! HUZZAH! Essentially, what they're trying to do is cut down on the number of calls to our tech support dept, because lots of the calls they're getting are really simple things like sending settings for WAP and Picture Messaging.

Now, I have the power, muhahahahaaa!
I can't actually do too much with it yet, though. But it's a start.
