I have no problems with the bank or their practices or anything like that. Really. As much as I may whinge about them charging me when I have a serious lack of self-control. And their phone / online banking service rocks.
What services might a bank offer that I would want? As long as I can put money in and take money out (preferably without a 45minute journey to do so) then I am happy. I don't yet want a mortgage, I don't want another overdraught. I don't want a loan.
Eh. I might just open an account for saving at a local bank and use that, then do transfers when/if I need to.
