I didn't manage sleep last night. Hence I spent a good portion of this morning going "*growl*" at customers who called up to query why their bill was high, without bothering to read the bill first.

That happens with astonishing regularity, and these idiots are the reason why you, my good friend, who has lost their phone, has to wait 10 minutes to get through, behind them.

I've been quite awake and with it this afternoon. Only a couple of moments where my eyes stopped working properly, but I think that might be down to the fact that I didn't wear my glasses.

This morning at about 6am I was sitting and the baseball highlights had finished, the sun was coming up, and I decided to go for a walk along the riverfront. It was gorgeous, and beautiful, and stunning. So still. If I could have got rid of the birds, it would have been totally silent except for the water lapping against the sea wall.

Lovely.

I'm not 100% sure about our new t/m. Mark? I am useless with names. It took me more than 2 weeks to learn the 3 new folk when they came in a month back! I guess part of my problem now is that I have some stuff half-organised with Ronnie and as much as I'd like to have everything in one basket, it would make life difficult in some respects, especially with regards to applications put in for internal vacancies.

Anyhow. I'm sure he's gonna be fine, I'm just a slow-truster. He's a MAP candidate (Management Aspirations Program) so has something to prove, and hopefully something to learn :)

We're a good team. Easy. We can run ourselves pretty well :)

34hrs. I'm torn between bed now and bed later. I go now, I am going to wake up at 11pm and then not sleep again until 4am, I know it. If I sleep later, I might end up napping by accident. Both of these are bad. Work tomorrow, early again.

Maybe FFVIII?
