Yes, a layer of bread, a layer (or 5) of bacon, and a layer of bread again :) Additional things may be put in place (Ketchup or HP Sauce) but I am a purist...

I claim not to be saucy but everyone knows it's not true :) I just don't like many sauces and pickles and things.

ketchup is evil and should be banned, as should BBQ sauce
here we have bacon & egg sandwiches, or ham and egg, or bacon egg and cheese, or BLT, but Im not familar with just plain bacon

So you've never made yourself a just bacon sandwich? If you get decent quality bacon there's no need to sully it with other stuff!
