it's actually german, from "neunundneunzig luftballons" by nina kerner.

she's actually re-released it this year, on her new "20 Jahre Nena (http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00006LWT0/ref=sr_aps_music_1_1/202-0260813-5992632)" album (which I have, although mine is blue because it's self-imported.
