That pork smells so good. It's been roasting for 2hrs now, the crackling came off like a dream and was SOOO tasty (I would claim it's not fatty either but what is crackling if it's not fatty?). I can't wait for tomorrow, those sandwiches are going to be so good! :)

I might do some new potatoes and stick those in the sandwich with it. And some chinese leaf. Yum. I just had a small bit of it which was hanging off. Juicy. Full of flavour. I'm sorry. It's not often I cook something like this and make it work :) I have to boast when it does work.

/me hasn't had his fix tonight. It feels wrong!
