Re work: They're all muppets. No, it doesn't make any sense unless you're a DBA, I should imagine. What does TDMS stand for?

I don't even think DBAs would have a clue. I'm thinking that Peter Scott was bored and couldn't think of anything else to do, so stuck his nose in where it truly didn't belong...

TDMS = Technical, Data and Multimedia Services

We're second line support, essentially. We have a few more tools to aid diagnosis of problems.
