I just went to use the National Lottery's website to try and set up a subscription as I never ever remember to play, ever. When I try, their website tells me that my browser needs to support 128 bit encryption - wonder if I shout at it enough, will it realise that in fact Mozilla does support that? There are other pages on there that tell me I must be using Windows or a Mac.
What shoddy design.
AND, to top it all off, I just got a reply back to my complaint directed at webmaster@national-lottery.co.uk just got bounced. Now I'm pissed.
