I thought I'd set up rcsshd to automagically start up a daemon running on port 443 (https) on powerup. We had a powercut at about 3-3:30am on Monday night which caused my machine to do the reboot dance, and now I can't ssh in from work. It could be that dyndns hasn't updated (I'm on dynamic DNS on NTL, it only changes really when the modem reboots...) but I was sure I'd updated it.
Darn computers!
Anyhow, now I am bored and at work without any entertainment. I've yelled at the bank again because they were supposed to call this morning to sort out problems - but nothing. The dude I talked to at the phone banking "put me through" but put me through to a ringing phone which rang for 5mins before I gave up. Grrr. I can't wait to live closer to a branch.
