I approached Wendy (one half of our current team manager pair) today and asked about what the deal with shifts will be. They don't know. *sigh*
I want off this pattern, but I don't know if I can justfiy turning down an improvement in work stuff to get what may be a very short term improvement, and may not be any better than the future that I don't yet know.
Yummy. I made a weird concoction last night. I wanted to do something with my Thai spices and ended up just browning some mince, throwing in some lemongrass, chopped tomatoes, frozen veg and as it was a bit sloppy, some pearl barley. Interesting combination but turned out well. The advantages? It's lasted 3 days (well, by tomorrow lunchtime it will be 3 days).
I have an application form for Calderdale NHS trust to fill in. I don't like application forms. This one's easy enough but I'd rather just send off a CV.
Argh, must turn off radio before the Archers comes on.
