Got a call from Oswald at HR today.
They apparently think that the new position would be a very big jump in what I am used to. I think they see this as a negative. I see it as a positive. Anyhow, I haven't been ruled out yet, but they're carrying on with interviews for a few more days. He did say that if I didn't get selected for the Support Analyst position, they might look at creating a junior analyst position :))
I think they liked me, they just aren't sure of my abilities.
So, the tortuous wait goes on.
