pmsumner at 01:38pm on 16/01/2005Finished work yesterday and headed straight to Halifax where I was treated to a chinese meal and the company of two lovely ladies :) Jane had her friend from uni up visiting and although I had met her before it was only for about 10minutes - was nice to see more.
Came home to find LJ dead as a dodo. *sulks* What does when do when LiveJournal's down? I watched Red Dwarf :)
Today Jane's coming my way to abuse mey laundry facilities. I'm watching John Culshaw on CBBLB because he really is very funny :) I wish I could do voices the same way he can. Considering I can't even do a Scottish accent (and I lived there for what... 20yrs?) - I've got no chance.
Oh, I got an email from Oswald at HR the other day. In short, I didn't get the job, as it was externally advertised they had applicants with "more technical experience". Shucks. Can't say I was surprised after waiting so long.
