I tried to order a ticket on the 20th or so and got an error when clicking
on the "buy now" button. I called up to ask whether the transaction had
been successful or not and was told it had not gone through else it would
show on their systems. I then checked on their website and found only one
order - phew.

A few days later I wanted to check the details of my train times, only to
see there were two orders! ACK! The second order was not complete, so I
called up and moaned at them. I had checked my credit card statement and at
that time there was only one charge - so their support said "Check your
statement, if there are two charges we'll refund it".

Guess what? There are two charges. My 3rd call will have to come. Not
happy to have to call three times about a problem that SHOULD have been
resolved first time.

Perhaps I should demand a discount on the tickets? :)
