Cool stuff - I've always thought that would be an interesting job, albeit a high-pressure one!

Out of interest, how much does being a controller pay? And do you get a choice of where you eventually work?

There's nothing on NATS' website about pay, though looking around about the question brings up a couple of pages that suggest circa 20k training salary, presumably increasing after qualifying but I can't find much on that.
