I did the first half of a job for household insurance, requiring me to fill out a form online, and then get a followup call within 24hrs. I did this about 7:30pm, expecting a call back tomorrow.
So I then did another job, requiring a phone call to query some savings products, and was half way through typing that up, when the insurance people called me back! EEK! My notes in chaos, my pen and paper nowhere near, my mind already slightly confused by the previous call and having to enter these results - it got even worse when having to try to hastily recall the details I entered into the web page earlier and take notes on a call I could barely concentrate on!
This is why I dislike the jobs I do on my days off sometimes :)
