Didn't get it. Not terribly surprised, as I don't have any direct PC support experience, whereas they were almost certain to have people with this on the interview books. Simon (interview guy) stated that they had some other candidates who were currently doing the same role, so took one of those. He did state that he was impressed by my attitude and way of thinking, and that there was nothing I did wrong in the interview.

This is not surprising, but disappointing.
