What kind of computer do you have? (Mac, iBook, Dell, etc.)
I have a Fujitsu Siemens laptop (Intel Centrino processor) and an absolutely ancient and homebuilt PIII 550 which acts as SSH, mail, web server.
How old is it? Are you happy with it?
My laptop is approx 6mths old, I think. It was an insurance replacement for my old one which had an accident with a glass of orange juice. The tower is originally from when I went to uni in 1998. The only original component is now the floppy drive. Everything else including the case has been replaced.
How many computers are in your household? (at home if you are away at school)

What are your favorite games/timewasters on your computer?
LiveJournal, MysteryShoppersUK forums, MoneySavingExpert forums. ATCC simulator.
If money were no object, what kind of computer would you like to have?
Same as I've got here really. Might like a longer lasting battery? Better speakers.
Friday Five from 7th October
How long have you had your LiveJournal/blog?
I've had a blog since October 1998, when I started "Diary of a Virgin" on my Geocities site :) I kept this running for about 18months, writing the pages in HTML and uploading them regularly before I found the diary on Monochrome to be a much better option for me. Then in 2001 I found LJ, created an account and used it alongside Mono, until Mono became mostly useless for me, and LJ's features were much better. Somewhere on the web my entire Mono diary is actually available...
What do you consider to be the main purpose of your LiveJournal/blog?
Me, wittering.
If you could change something about your personal blogging style, what would it be?
Nothing. I write how I feel at the time. I don't conciously make an effort to write like 'this' or 'that'. Consequently I have a kindof mish-mash style.
What are your criteria for adding someone to your friends list/blog roll?
Do I like the look of their userpics? :) Fairly common one, actually. I look at the person's open entries, and if I find that I'm disappointed when I have to navigate away for any reason, they get added. If I know someone IRL, they more than likely will do but not 100% guaranteed.
Name one thing that you've never before written about in your LJ/blog.
Penguins. They're cool and don't go quack.
