I've been away, I've had fun!
Huzzah.
In short - don't ever drive down the M1 on the 27th of December, when it's snowing, rainy and miserable. A 3hr journey (about 180 miles) took 8 and a half hours. Sushi good. Pizza good. Curry good. More sushi good. King King good, but overly long. Krispy Kremes good. Interview went well I think. Seeing parents back from holiday and being quite happy is good. Getting money good :) New Year party with booze and cool people good. Driving home while desperately wanting to sleep and having to spend New Year's Day at work in a foul mood is bad.
Having your credit card skimmed is bad, however the fraud team at Cahoot were very on the ball and contacted me well within 24 hours of the transactions being done. *rofl* How much money did they think I had? £600 at John Lewis', £200 on Paypal, and a few more high value transactions... If you ever go to Khan's on Westbourne Grove (near Whiteley's), be very careful with your [cr|d]ebit card. Don't let them out of your sight with it. It's the only place that they could have skimmed my card. The only place it was out of my sight other than in my wallet.
