I spent over 3hrs today fighting with AOL.
I don't know what I did, but I was clearing out some files on my disk, to try and make room - and when I went to dial up, kablooom. Nothing, not even a quick connect. Grrr. Called up tech support, they went through everything that I'd already been through. As it's a freephone number I went with them. No help. Tried other ISPs. Nothing. Well - it would connect... briefly! For about a second, then drop. In the end, removed and re-installed TCP/IP completely. That worked.
I hate AOL now :)

Heh
At least, that's how I see it. And they provide me with unlimited access for a cheaper price than many other ISPs!
