They're delaying it by acknowledging the claim at the very last moment. They had until tomorrow to either ackowledge the case, (i.e. recognise that they had something to defend) or the case would be lost by default. So what did they do? Ackowledge it some time this afternoon. I checked this morning and nothing...
So now they have until the 22nd October to admit they owe me the money, or put in a defence. If they defend, then it goes to court. This is currently a highly unlikely tactic. Otherwise, on the 23rd I can file judgement.

I hope they pay for that. Barclays can suck so bad sometimes. (I used to have an account with them which is why the title caught my eye *laughs*)
