Jesie-chrisie!
Mf flist tells me that Liverpool was the windiest place in the country, so I'm nopt surprised your neck of the woods is worse for traffic than here. Personally jacob forbiade me leave the house today for fear I would be swept away because apparently, due to lack of sleep, I am only six inches tall and should curl up in the sleeve of my dressing gown for sleep instead.

i hate to always post comments on your journal about t-mobile especially as you don't work there any more but I was totally vexed today!! I called them cos my MDA Compact wouldn't connect to GPRS and kept giving this stupid "there is no modem at the number dialled" message. it does that quite often but normally sticking the stylus in the reset hole on the bottom makes it work next time. but for the last few days its refused to connect completely so i called them. the first guy, who was english was not interested at all. he told me to follow the self-help instructions on the website. when i pointed out that if you select "MDA Compact" as your phone type it fails to give you any GPRS instructions he told me to select MDA Compact II. ok fair enough but some of the screens are blatantly different. i questioned him about the password (username "user" password "wap") and the proxy settings and he said just to follow the instructions and everything would work. well of course it didnt so i called back. this time i got through to an asian guy - i can't tell if he was indian or not but he very patiently waited while i did each step he asked me to, and when it got to the password stage he said the password for "user" is supposed to be "one2one". and f--- me it works.

so i don't understand, if everyone uses the same username, and one tech guy thinks its one2one, why does the other tech guy and the website think that the password is "wap" ? cos that is bound to piss people off when it doesn't connect, innit!

ARGH!!! as my ex-colleague steffen would say. fucktards!

I have no idea. Why not write to customerservice@t-mobile.co.uk with that very question?
