I was woken up with breakfast in bed: tea and freshly basked croissants.  This is the remains :)  My Janey must love me or something.

I came downstairs to find a letter from the Identity and Passport Service telling me that my new passport has been issued and should be with me soon!  Hurrah.  Then we can book a trip to Brunei!

I popped into the garden to check on our plants.  Our Butternut Squash is sprouting nicely.  I don’t think we’ll get anything this year but fingers crossed it’ll keep on growing and provide us with a squash or two.  (Those small annoying green things sprouting around it have all been removed, by the way.)

This is the leftovers from the lasagne of win that I made.  It’ a REALLY poor picture but I couldn’t be bothered finding a decent camera or light conditions.

Stuff happened during the day, but the evening became fun with the addition of Coupling and Pimms.  Perfect.
