• 10:26 We're apparently working until 12:30, bah. I'm sure the people in development and such are doing sod-all. Our custs are twice as annoying! #
• 11:15 Customers appear to have given up the idea of calling us. This is (absolutely no doubt) a good thing. Company raffle soon *crosses fingers* #
• 12:01 twitpic.com/vvfv - Yay, got a bottle of Champagne from raffle. #
• 19:14 Waiting for Jane to deliver presents. She'd not make a good santa... #
• 19:15 Pre-pub meal provided by Jane's mum was lovely, now... Insert beer here! #
• 19:17 Oh, the stollen was appreciated :) At least she had two slices so it couldn't have been all bad :) #
