• 16:05 Have been resisting coffee recently, drinking none. Don't know how I survived. Gave in this afternoon. #
• 16:08 Wishing I could listen to iPod in the office. I promise - I could resist the temptation to sing along to Norbert Leo Butz. #
• 16:58 I've been avoiding coffee because well - I don't know! Just felt like the right thing to be doing. Was only a small weak one this afternoon. #
