An attempt at making sushi (Reply).

pmsumner at 05:39pm on 31/01/2009I admit this is not my first attempt. Our first two sheets of Nori didn't work out too well. We discovered that doing thin sushi requires an awful lot less rice than you'd expect!
And as evidence that our previous attempts were awful, look at this:
