In Scotland only, though - so all you English scum: *cracks the whip harder* Get back to work you lazy gits :)

Mind you, I can't talk - doing 10hrs today, did 12hrs straight through yesterday (Joanne called in sick on last day ever, grrr), but at least today is double pay (21hrs, 60 pounds for 2days work? Not complaining). I got a very nice rump steak (rare) out of it yesterday though - as I was extraordinarily exhausted, yummy it was too. Absoluely gorgeous. First _real_ meat I'd eaten all week.

Southampton meet next weekend, must buy train ticket for that soon, thinking about it. Wonder if I can persuade my mum to buy them for me? :) Hey, I'm poor! *g*

Well, I'm now likely to be grabbing a lift from Liverpool anyhow - which makes life lots easier for me :)

Hmmm, well - east and west scotland do not have different administrative properties, as such (can't think of the right word - legislature?) regarding this - so it either is, or isn't.

And if I was on double time (muhahaha) then it musta been, because Bass Leisure Retail are a bunch of skivvie gits, and wouldnae pay us that if they didn't have to :)

well, i dredged up something on Scottish bank holidays. they do havedifferent ones for different parts of scotland and unlike the rest of the UK they are not statutory. the logic is that people from one part of the country will visit another part, which will be open for business. ponder confirmed this :-)
