Last night I set out walking. I was out for an hour and a half, just wandering along the Sankey Valley Park, down the Sankey Canal. It was rather gorgeous in bits, rather grim in others. Rescued a football for a mum and son, got cut to buggery in the thorns but eh, it was a nice thing to do :)

Today my legs are suffering.

We had a thunderstorm tonight. Unfortunately it was slow moving and innefectual and useless. It did nothing but drive the incessant humidity further into my flat, I swear.
