i've heard so many horror stories from people trying to change a utility provider.

either the people who promised to be cheaper end up costing you more, or they make some cock-up like this and you end up paying for both.

i reckon it's easier to just stick with whoever you're with in the long run.... :(

I wanted to change, they made me the offer of changing and I was saving myself some cash. In theory. It's like anything where there's choice, if you think the other company can do better, you're gonna switch.
