Who's the Mickey Mouse webmaster?

What's the use in a website with online billing for self-service / online billing, trying to reduce on calls to Customer Service and get people to do as much as they can without an employee's intervention, when the damn thing doesn't work when you actually need it most?!

*grumbles and grimbles*

I think I'll just spend the rest of the night bitching about stuff - even if nobody else listens :)

I listen,I think your night is my work time--or something like that depending on whether you sleep at normal times for your time zone ;)

*rofl* Me? Normal? *starts giggling madly*
If I had my way, my sleep pattern would work so that I slept from about 5-6am through to midday-1pm. I would be a very happy man if I could do this.

Unfortunately, the whole work thing gets in the way. And I really don't want to do permanent night shift :)

What times do you work from/to? And you're in NY state, right? So BST-5hrs?

My natural sleep pattern is 3 am--11 Am but work gets in the way of that as well

Yes GMT-5 (I don't live all that far from [livejournal.com profile] terulia) and I work 830a-430p usuallly...
