Go on - guess!
Just a small guess.
You know I had the assessment?
I GOT IT!
I have a meeting with Kenny Anderson (TDMS Ops Manager) tomorrow at midday, to discuss everything - start dates, shifts and so on. HURRAH! YEAH! SUPERB! BRILL!!! WHOOHOOO!
Excited?
Yeah.
Kinda disappointed too, in a small way - but mostly pleased.

so what does this all mean? and why a little disappointed?

What does this mean? This means that I will no longer be taking as many general customer related calls as currently. I will be mostly dealing with internal customers, Cust Serv Advisors who need assistance with a query of a technical nature.
There will still be approx 1/3rd cust calls but hey - that's heavenly compared to how it is now :)
It also means that I've developed a new plan to get south. It basically revolves around me staying here for 6mths or so, then asking to be transferred - because I think it would be a little bit cheeky and presumptious and not good for me to ask for a transfer now, or in a couple of months time.
